RETURN/ REFUND POLICY

Quartr Inch will accept return of products only limited to direct sale between vendor and customer. 

What is the procedure if i wish to request for a return/replacement?

    Please notify Quartr Inch within 3-4 days from delivery. If you are unable to get in touch with Quartr Inch, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order.

    If our Customer Support Team determines that your problem qualifies under warranty coverage, QI will arrange the reverse pick up for the product that is under Return Policy Timeline. Do note that an amount of Rs. 150 will be charged from you in case of reverse pick up.

    You can also self-ship product where reverse pick up may not be applicable. Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised. An amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cost from your end in the form of a coupon code.
    Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.

    Note: For all self-shipped returns, please ensure product is packed properly and a reliable courier service is used.

    What to do if i do not receive my order ?

    If you do not  receive the order then you can call us on +91- 63803 82986 or send us an e-mail on dropaline@quartrinch.com. 

    What is the procedure after i have asked for a return/replacement?

    if you do not get the return/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you, we arrange reverse pick up for certain products.

    In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order at the time of delivery.

    When are returns not acceptable ?

    • We will not be able to accept any returns after 5-7 days depending upon the category,  from the date of delivery.
    • We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken. Product should not be used.
    • All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.

    What is eligible for refund?

    A product is eligible for refund, if it fulfills this condition:

    • Received different product from what was ordered

    Refund will not be offered under these conditions:

    • Product is damaged by you
    • Wrong Order placed by you
    • Did not like the product
    • After reverse pickup, Quartr Inch receives product in damaged condition

    What if there is any damage in the product received? 

    If there is any damage in the product received. Please get in touch with our customer care team immediately and send a mail to Support@quartinch.com, with the relevant image. Based on the issue and category, we will be able able to arrange for a revert pick up within 48 hours. 

    Please note, if the damage is in the hardware – locks, studs, screws , buckles, straps, will only be repaired within a period of one weeks from the time of receipt of the merchandise to our registered office.

    How do I cancel my order?

    • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.

    How long will it take to complete my cancellation request?

    • It will take 1-2 business days to cancel your order. You will be informed by our support team regarding your cancellation via e-mail or call.
